Permodalan Ekonomi Malaysia Aspirasi Berhad (PEMA) is a Shariah-compliant investment and advisory nexus anchored in Malaysia, structured to mobilise sovereign, institutional, and private capital across infrastructure, energy, development, and digital technology — locally and across borders.
Our Services
PEMA undertakes the development, financing, and management of large-scale infrastructure, property, energy, and utility projects. We establish and manage investment vehicles, and provide financial, corporate, capital markets, and project advisory services — including cross-border investments — subject to all required regulatory approvals, licences, and applicable laws in Malaysia and internationally.
We invest in, develop, construct, own, and manage infrastructure, utilities, energy, and digital technology projects. Our scope encompasses engineering and project management services, public-private partnerships (PPP), and AI-driven platforms — undertaking all activities ancillary, complementary, or related thereto across strategic and commercial sectors.
PEMA acts as an investment, financial structuring and advisory nexus engaged in the establishment, management, and administration of investment vehicles and Special Purpose Entities (SPEs). We provide corporate finance, capital raising, project finance, cross-border investment facilitation, and strategic advisory in infrastructure, property, energy, and related sectors.
The Company may also participate — directly or indirectly — in projects through investment, joint ventures, partnerships, or special purpose vehicles, and undertake all activities incidental or conducive to the attainment of these objectives.
